职位描述：
Qualification Requirements:
* Bachelor degree or above, majored in navigation, international shipping management, ship engineering management, logistics management, storage & transportation etc.
* Good command in English speaking and writing, over CET 4.
* Qualification to handle cargo shipping supervision and damage survey handling
* Preferred with a certificate of Chief Engineer or Chief Mate or Master Mariner, or
* Over three years working experience at ocean and navigation, certificate in General / Bulk Cargo Shipping operation
* Working experience in an third party independent inspection company is in advantage
资质要求：
*三年以上在远洋船舶航海（船务人员）、储运计量实际经验，具有散杂货船操作证书；
*航运、海事大学轮机管理、国际航运管理（物流）、船舶驾驶、航海、储运专业大学毕业；
*具有散货船装船配载检验，货损货差鉴定，以及相关利益方的协调经验；
*具有远洋散货船、油船轮机长、大副、船长资质证书者优先；
*英语4级以上，要求英语口语及书写熟练；
*工作态度严谨，独立完成英文报告；
*有承受工作压力的良好心理素养；
*具有在独立检验公司工作经验者优先.
*适应经常出差，优秀的团队合作精神及沟通能力。
