working at big four, 2005.3 -
as a senior tax consultant and tax manager. experienced in providing consulting advice to multinational enterprises, large state and private enterprises and high growth enterprises on the compliance of corporation income tax, individual income tax, business tax, value added tax, and tax planning of prc investment and operating. and i also provided tax services on due diligence, compliance review, and reorganization project.

during this period, i worked in liaoning training center of state administration of taxation (“sat”) as a full time instructor and project administrator, focusing on training and administration for series of national training program for tax officials organized by sat, some of that were special sessions for high level tax officials.

during this period, i worked as a full time teacher and was in charge of teaching and research on china’s tax law, national taxation etc. m oreover, i was invited to be guest lectors on china’s tax law and taxation laws in liaoning normal university and dongbei university of finance & economics respectively. i was also invited to be a tax instructor for couples of programs organized by dalian municipal local tax bureau for financial personnel from taxpayers.
