担任研发 二部经理， ***公司无线手持金融pos机（gprs/cdma/gsm/rfid /3g ），税控pos收款机、多媒体pos机、电话****************************************** *负责研发流程的制订、新产品研发团队的组建以及员工的绩效考核等工作；新产品开发团队自组建以来相继开发出基于三星arm9 （s3c2440/2410） 平台的手持无线（gprs/wifi/cdma /3g ），基于zilog arm9 方案的用于cpi 2.0安全支付认证的手持无线pos机（gprs/wifi/cdma/摄像），以及基于工控机平台的多媒体pos机（双触摸屏） ,税控arm9平台 等新产品。

w orked as hw engineer , and took part in remote control and remote sensing equipment(telecommunication satellite) design . the equipment consists of an lna, bpf and frequency mixer. the local oscillator port of the mixer is driven by a frequency synthesizer that allows complete commercial s-band frequency coverage. the if module is divided into two sections, a rf section separated by a screening can from the digital circuitry. the rf section consists of a lpf, 20mhz band pass filter, a lna, narrow band pass filter and. fm receiver ic with associated circuitry.
